Registration Instructions:
1. If you are a current MEB member, Log In to the left of this page before clicking the "Register HERE!" button.
2. Click on "Register HERE!" above to begin.
3. To register family members or guests, add each person below where you enter your name and contact info. You will then be able to select meal tickets, event shirt for each person after you make your own selections.
4. Adult meals are checked by default, this can be unchecked for those not wishing to purchase a meal. Also uncheck the Adult meal if you are choosing one of the youth meals.
5. T-shirts are not checked by default on Guests. If your guest does want a T shirt please check.
6. .Select the activities & items you'd like to participate in or pre-purchase and pay for during this registration process.
7. We recommend that you print the summary on the last page and bring it with you to the Round Up!
8. Raffle ticket options are 20, 50 and 100. If you want to pre-purchase, say 150, then check both the 50 and 100 options.
Additional ticket sales will also be available onsite if you decide you want more.
9. Trail rides for Friday and Saturday have been split to gauge the need for green trail guides. You will still need to signup on the need a trail guide sheet in the Registration tent.
The Number of Meal Tickets Available onsite will be Limited, please make every effort to purchase via online registration. Thank you!

We will be taking a leisurely drive thru the mountain's of Central PA. Stopping at Horning's Country store to check out there offerings. Maybe pick up some candies or some local produce.
After shopping at Horning's for around a hour. We will head off towards the Carsonville hotel for lunch.
There my be some forest service roads on this cruise. Dust will really be the only issue.
Plan to leave around 9am. Sound be back at campgrounds by 2

Hawk Mountain is a private, non-profit wildlife sanctuary. The view from Hawk Mountain offers beautiful vistas and the potential sighting of the namesake raptors. Hawk Mountain’s 2500 acres of protected forests include 8+ miles of hiking trails varying in length and difficulty. Trail admission is $10 for adults, $7 for seniors, and $5 for children ages 6-12. Pets are not allowed.
Pack a lunch to enjoy on the trail or travel to nearby Hamburg where there is an abundance of restaurants, fuel, or shopping at Cabela’s. Roundtrip approximately 70 miles.

he Strasburg railroad is a steam operational railroad that takes you through the scenic country side of Lancaster County. If you choose to do the train ride on Saturday you will get to meet and have a famous engine at the head of your train.
Thomas the Tank engine will be there pulling you throughout your tour.
You can also check out the Pennsylvania rail museum next door and see some of the historic trains and cars inside the museum.
Once at the Railway/ Museum you will be on your own as well as the return trip back to the campgrounds.
