Registration Instructions:

1. If you are a current MEB member, Log In to the left of this page before clicking the "Register HERE!" button.

2. Click on "Register HERE!" above to begin.

3. To register family members or guests, add each person below where you enter your name and contact info. You will then be able to select meal tickets, event shirt for each person after you make your own selections.


4. Adult meals are checked by default, this can be unchecked for those not wishing to purchase a meal. Also uncheck the Adult meal if you are choosing one of the youth meals.

5. T-shirts are not checked by default on Guests. If your guest does want a T shirt please check.

6. .Select the activities & items you'd like to participate in or pre-purchase and pay for during this registration process.

7.  We recommend that you print the summary on the last page and bring it with you to the Round Up!

8. Raffle ticket options are 20, 50 and 100.  If you want to pre-purchase, say 150, then check both the 50 and 100 options.

Additional ticket sales will also be available onsite if you decide you want more.

9. Trail rides for Friday and Saturday have been split to gauge the need for green trail guides. You will still need to signup on the need a trail guide sheet in the Registration tent.

The Kreider family, under the third-generation leadership of Ron Kreider, and a dedicated staff of approximately 475 people, operates a diverse farming business encompassing approximately 3,000 acres, and supplies retail and wholesale customers with farm-fresh milk, ice cream, eggs, and more. Experience the sights, sounds and smells of a real, working dairy farm on the Kreider Farms tour. This tour features a high-tech view of farming, including a drive down the middle of our "Cow Palace" barn and a bird's eye view of the milking carousel where we milk 1700 cows, 3 times every day. Filled with facts and humor, the Kreider Farms tour is fun for all ages! Departure time from Twin Grove will be approximately 9 a.m. and be sure to bring a picnic lunch. Maximum number for bus tour is 56. Preregistration is required! Guided cruise to the destination. Return trip is at your leisure.

Covered Bridge Cruise with John & Samantha Queman –

Join as we visit four of the historic covered bridges located along the PA covered bridge tour through Schuylkill and Berks Counties. After departing Twin Grove, we will cruise through Zimmerman and Rock covered bridges located a short distance from the campground before heading southeast to Driebelbis and Kutz covered bridges in Berks County. Pack a picnic lunch to enjoy as we stop a Blue Rocks Family Campground to take advantage of a picturesque photo op at the Blue Rocks bolder field, a rare glacial deposit.

The AACA Museum at Hershey displays vintage automobiles in unique settings. Visitors stroll through eight decades in time while traveling from New York to San Francisco. It’s a trip down “memory lane” as iconic settings reveal vehicles from generations of American motoring. AACA Museum embraces the role of the collector in preserving automotive heritage. It is unique in that all the cars on display have been donated or offered for display by car experts and enthusiasts. Departure from Twin Grove Campground at approximately 9 a.m. and bring a picnic lunch. Preregistration is required! Guided cruise to the destination. Return trip is at your leisure.

The cost of the Tour is $20.00 and includes behind the scenes.
This fee will be collected at the campground before the cruise leaves.
